5.195 (2022). "Bad Sisters" is brutally funny, brilliantly written, brilliantly acted, and brilliantly directed, and all around smart and so human – both the good and the bad, that it immediately stands out.
I love this show
There’s no real violence, no car crashes, no special effects, it’s all very human, real drama and the agony of what some people do to others, smoothed over with hilarious circumstances and comedy. John Paul, the abusive husband of one of the sisters, known as "The Prick" is so wonderfully and devilishly written and acted in All the Sisters that I don’t know if I’ll ever see this actor in anything else and not hate him for being so evil in such a banal role.
Watching him constantly call his wife "Mommy" for two minutes
honestly, it’s just upsetting because he’s so realistic that you want to kill him yourself or see him die. This series walks the fine line between comedy, drama, and tragedy so perfectly that I have to rate it 10/10.
